Depression thoughts ain't always bad, sometimes it's what accompany a lot of lonely people in the world. That's goes the same with suicidal thinking, suicidal thinking doesn't always have to do with "Killing yourself" or "Self harm" it's just an expression or loneliness for some people. It's something maybe half of the world suffers from. Males suffer from depression and suicide more then what woman do, one because some males over think about it and think to themselves "Expressing my feelings like this isn't manly" so all they think they have to do is bottle it all up and just worry about other peoples thinking or just don't worry about anything at all. They don't realize that there're are people willing to listen to their problems or just have an open ear for them to let everything out. Just so they don't have to feel trapped in a "Lucid dream" of suicidal thoughts and depression.

Suicidal and depression thoughts
Suicide and depression thoughts are easy to hide in the naked eye of someone, not everyone though just some people, people that haven't been through the pain of the what the world normally offers to the strong. Some people hide it so well that one day you could be having the time of your life with the most happiest person on earth and the next day their sitting in complete darkness with nothing but depression and suicidal thoughts going through their mind constantly. And they have nothing or no one to turn too, well so they think, some people of this new generation make people with real depression look like little liars and post on Social media trying to look for attention. It's so hard to tell if they really want help or just looking for attention.

Four defensive stratergies
In Physical Education, we are learning four defensive strategies.
The first one we have learnt is closing space, in Volleyball or any sport you need to close the space so the opposition can not go for that side. For example, the first line in the team has to close the space so the other team doesn't spike or do any fast plays in the area's you haven't covered up.
The second one we are learning is Man on man, man on man is a something you do to "Shadow" or "mark" the opposite team, from spiking or going for open space. For example, Mark the player in front of you, not just to pressure but also to watch his next moves.
The third one is organizing your line up or order of players, so in some sports it is good to have tall people in front and some short people at the back, this is so you have an mismatch and also for the tall people to watch what the other team will do before during and after they receive the ball. For example, We need three tall people at the front so the other team feels pressured, scared and also the tall people can block and watch the spikes or plays they might pull out of their hats.
The last one we have been learning is blocking the ball or any play the other team is going to use, so the tall people or the front row has to be on with their blocks. This is so the other team is having an hard time doing plays and also blocking their hard hits can ware them out faster and that gives you a mismatch. For example, the front row or tall people, you need to watch their plays, since ya'll are tall it should be easy for them to block any play or spike that is coming their way.

Visionboard
These five things are things I like and want to do or want in the future, firstly tattoos, I'd love to have tattoos and sleeves, secondly you can't go now where without food, thirdly I love playing and watching rugby, fourth Fortnite is live and finally it shows I like to game and the car i want is a skyline R34 turbed and red.

These five quotes are what inspire me and always have a positive mind set, some of them are up there because I look up to them in rugby or because they could be a great role model for some people.
