Kia ora, yesterday we were using Google maps and were finding the destinations we were giving from the teacher such as. Finding our own house, seeing how long it took to get from home to school, going for a road trip around from Papakura to Hamilton to Taupo to Rotorua to Tauranga and back to Papakura. And also going on a holiday over seas and the country i want to go to is Dubai because my opinion is that Dubai is a very beautiful country with a lot of amazing things i would like to see.

Kia ora Awha, thank you for sharing your learning using google maps. Did you find anything particularly easy or difficult? I have lived in the Emirate of Dubai. It is very amazing - and extremely hot! I have been to the 124th floor and viewing platform of the Burj Khalifa three times. I am sure you will visit there - and maybe even live there too - in the future.

DeleteYes Awha, I am sure if you keep your mind fixed on your intentions that you will make them happen. The way you concentrate on your learning in class reassures me that you have much to contribute to yourself, your family, your school and indeed, the world. I look forward to following your blog.

You will find as you use Google Maps more and more, it will increase your interest in travelling around the world. It's very cool to be able to use the maps to look down on the world below. Yes Dubai is an great country. I have done the road trip from Muscat in Oman to Dubai which is a long trip but it's worthwhile because when you finally get there it's got some amazing places to see and visit. Best wishes for your blogging this year.
